Scalestack Fall '25 Update!
đWelcome to Fall! But we had a roaring summer, and would love to give you some insights about what we are doing: hope you enjoy it!
đ Hi, friends of Scalestack,
Itâs been a very busy time for us (and you, I am sure!), and weâve got a few things to shareâŚand itâs really all about our favorite heroes: our customers. Our customers are winning because they're not treating AI as another feature to bolt on. They're rebuilding their revenue foundations from the ground up.
We're seeing enterprises move past AI pilots toward production-grade transformationâexactly what that viral MIT study said most companies are struggling with. See how.
What we Delivered
There are few things at work that make me happier than this: customer stories. Itâs REALLY hard to get one going. First, you need to convince customers to believe you can deliver, and buy you. Then, you need to actually deliver. Then, you need to have convincing metrics that everyone agrees on. After that, you need to work with your customerâs marketing team. And only at the end, you can publish a story.
Here is the latest, fresh off the presses! Redis partnered with Scalestack to restore trust in its decade-old Salesforce instance. Over 260,000 accounts were validated, 45,000+ bad records removed, and 100% of CRM entries were classified with revenue-trust labels, with one of our agentic, autonomous workflows.
The result: a clean, confident data foundation powering faster sales execution, accurate forecasting, and scalable GTM operations. Read the full case study HERE, with amazing quotes from amazing people at Redis.

What We Shipped
AI Agents as part of our enterprise workflows: Iâm impressed by how much workload we already outsource to AI agents, as part of our orchestration workflows. 500K+ rows with checkpoint recovery for reliable, large-scale processed. Data enriched, validated and prioritized at massive scale (9 million records in Sept 2025 alone).

Scalestackâs agent library.
Agentic Chrome Extension: already live at scale for MongoDB. It offers consolidated insights, eliminating tool fragmentation (5 data sources included) with resulting match rates that surpass industry benchmarks, built-in validation for accurate contact & firmographic data and autonomous updates into CRM, outreach tools andâŚGoogle sheets, since reps love those. HERE a video to see it in action.
AI Flow Builder is live for our internal teamâit's like having a conversation with someone who actually gets your GTM Ops challenges. No technical jargon, no complex setup, just real talk about real problems, solved in real-time. It will be released for external users by end of Q4.
Where We've Been
In a lot of places! After 6,000 miles and 3 weeks on the road, I am finally at my desk (not for long)! I was at Pavilionâs GTM Conference last week in D.C., at Warren's CRO Roundtable in San Francisco which Scalestack co-sponsored with Hyperbound, and at our Revenue Engine Masters Dinners series hits Toronto (co-sponsored with AWS & Ops-Guru)
But the event that filled me with joy was the Forum X Anthropic hackathon last month, when more than 75 builders came together here in our backyard in NYC, building on Scalestack.
You see, for the past couple of years, most of our building has happened inside the walls of enterprise customers. Thatâs where Scalestack was born and battle-testedâhelping teams like MongoDB, Redis, and Typeform turn messy GTM data into automated, decision-grade workflows.
But something has shifted. The platform is now incredibly robust, fully API-first, and AI-native. Which means others can create on top of it. And watching people who had never seen Scalestack before spin up sophisticated, creative agentic workflows in minutesâtapping into our integrations, modules, and AI agents componentsâwas both humbling and deeply rewarding. Revenue Engine Masters Podcast Highlights
It took me a while to commit to do our podcastâŚbut I have to say that Iâm loving these conversations now. Not only because I am lucky to talk with industry operators who truly understand frontline challenges, but also because by the end of the podcastâŚI have new friends! Two conversations I want to highlight with two amazing human beings. Please go check them out!
Eugene Berson, Head of Strategy & Operations at Lambda
Javier Molina, CRO (Docker, Starburst) and GTM leader
Both conversations prove the same pointâfoundational data is the differentiator.
The Bottom Line akaâŚWhat the H*** is Scalestack, Anyway??
I get asked this question a lotâŚScalestack is an agentic workflow automation data platform that sits above existing GTM systems and orchestrates both data and AI agents across the enterprise.
A good way to think about us right now is the agentic, enterprise-grade evolution of Clay...the Box to Clayâs Dropbox :) â i.e., Clay started prosumer/growth hacker, Scalestack is built natively for enterprise (compliance, scalability, workflows at org-level, auditability, revops).
Another comparable is n8n: but like my friend Will from Typeform tells us - there are only two categories of tools: the tools you live in every day, and the ones that run themselves so seamlessly you rarely touch them. Scalestack squarely fits in that second category, while n8n instead is an example of AI workflow that you have to operate in constantly (e.g. python code etc.).
Customers like MongoDB, Redis, Stepstone, Typeform, Astronomer and more, are delegating to the Scalestackâs autonomous platform the building and running of their GTM FOUNDATIONAL DATA MODEL, which ends up powering end to end revenue workflows (while eliminating manual ops work).
And when your data foundation is solid, everything becomes possible.
Ciao!
